Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM AGE 21: We do not allow person(s) under 21 YEARS OF AGE to occupy a room or
property unless accompanied by someone over our minimum age requirement. Upon the
presentation of a valid military identification card by an individual who is currently on active duty
as member of the US Armed Forces, National Guard, Reserve Forces or Coast Guard, we will
waive this minimum age policy.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Each room type will be discussed at booking.
PAYMENT: Payment for your reservation can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Discover Card. All reservations require there serving party to have a credit card on file. The
first night’s stay, plus tax will be charged immediately upon booking. The balance will be
charged 24 hours prior to your arrival. (If not booking directly, we recommend 3rd party trip
insurance through an OTA, if available.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We book reservations directly and/or through OTA’s (online travel agencies). As such, we have 2 different cancellation policies. The most flexible cancellation policy is for those reservations booked directly through our company. The two (2) cancellation policies are as follows:

BEST AVAILABLE RATE: (BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH OUR COMPANY) If a reservation is cancelled within 24 Hours of check-in, 100% of total revenue will be forfeited.  There is a $25.00 credit card processing fee for any reservation cancelled outside of 24 Hours of check-in. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, subject to issuing a full refund.  Individual rate policies may vary.

ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE: Full Advance Purchase rate offers no flexibility. You are charged at the time of purchase and reservation may not be modified or cancelled. This is NOT BOOKED directly with our company, but through a 3rd party, online travel agency “OTA”.  This booking means… “No changes, no modifications, and no cancellations may be made.”

Payment of the initial reservation charge constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. We may, in our absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if we believe the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete. We shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You shall indemnify and hold us harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation.
